Returns and Exchange Policy
We take pride to ensure our customers satisfaction. If you are not happy with your item, no worries, follow the steps below for a successful exchange or merchandise credit
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags and labels attached. If received otherwise, we regret we will not be able to process the exchange or offer a merchandise credit.
- Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery date for an exchange or store credit.
- We do not accept any exchanges after 15 days.
- When shipping back your item to us, please include inside your package: your name, copy of the invoice indicating if you would like to exchange the item or receive a store credit.
- It is the customer's obligation to pay all shipping costs
- Clearance items are final sale. No exceptions
- Please allow up to 2 business days for the exchange to be processed.
